A. No, the show is business to business and is closed to the public. All Attendees must provide business proof. For information on who is eleigible and what business proof is acceptable please review the Admission policies.

Q. Can children attend educational sessions?
|
|
|
A. Children are allowed to attend educational sessions if they are accompanied by an adult at all times. All children must have appropriate show badges. Keep in mind the educational sessions are primarily an adult environment. Please use your discretion and be considerate of your fellow attendees.The use of noisy electronic games or music players is prohibited.

A. Yes. It also gives you access to the Educational Program, the Keynote and most Events.

A. To request a visa letter you must first register to attend the Natural MarketPlace. Upon completion of your registration you can request a visa letter on the registration confirmation page. A. We strongly discourage bringing children to the show. They are however allowed but must have a children's badge if they are under 16. If they are 16 or over they must qualify as either an exhibitor or one of our attendee types.

A. All of the New Hope Sessions and most of the Exhibitor Presented Seminars are available for download after the show on the Natural MarketPlace website.

Q. Why can't I bring my rolling cart on the show floor?
|
|

A. Use of wheeled carts, strollers or luggage carts is not permitted in exhibit hall(s), except where such rolling carts or bags are a medical necessity. Coat Check is available to store these items. Exhibitors may roll in small briefcases and small backpacks prior to the show floor opening each day from 7:00-10:00 am. Please go to the Show Management Office with any onsite questions or needs.

Q. How can I find information on Exhibitors, Education and Events at the show?

|
|
A. New for 2010 we will be producing a Show Directory map instead of a printed Buyers’ Guide. For a complete customizable list of exhibitors, education and events use the Online Buyers’ Guide and Show Directory. This effort has been made in our continuing greening efforts.

Q. When can I move into my booth?
|
|
|
A. Please refer to the Target Move-In Schedule in the Exhibitor Service Kit. This will tell you the date and time you will want your freight to arrive if you are shipping directly to the convention center. If you are shipping to the advanced warehouse, this is the time your freight will arrive at your booth.

Q. Will handouts be available at the sessions?

|
A. While many speakers like to use handouts, some do not. If the speaker provides a handout to us, it will be available for download after the show on the Online Buyers' Guide and Show Directory.

Q. How can a company contract a booth for Natural MarketPlace?
|
|
|
A. An account manager can be contacted directly to assist you with booth selection; or you may fill out an application and exhibit space contract and return it with a deposit to our offices immediately following the current show. We will assign booths first-come, first-served. Please call 866.458.4935, or 303.939.8440 to be connected to your area's Account Manager.

Q. When is my booth deposit due?
|
|
|
A. Forty percent of the total exhibit space rental fee is due by 9/9/09. The balance is due on 2/19/10. After 2/19/10 full payment is due at the time you contract your space. Your booth is contracted once your Exhibit Space Contract or Proxy Form is signed and exhibit space is allocated.
